Granja Paraiso 92 is a family-run coffee farm that produces a variety of varieties using highly innovative cultivation systems. It also has its own microbiology laboratory, a quality assurance laboratory, and a processing facility. All of this allows the coffees to achieve distinctive, unique, and standardized profiles and notes.
Wilton Benítez, a chemical engineer turned world-class coffee farmer, is known for his unique and highly acclaimed thermal shock processing techniques. He has extensive experience in the production and processing of exotic coffee varieties and has received numerous awards for the quality of his coffees.
The Cauca region is closest to the equator and enjoys the most hours of sunshine per year. The climate is stable year-round, and the farms are protected from the winds and humidity of the Pacific by the high mountains.

In Piendamó, Cauca, Granja Paraíso 92, under the direction of visionary Wilton Benítez, is synonymous with coffee innovation. Exceptional varieties such as Java, Pink Bourbon, and Gesha are cultivated here using state-of-the-art systems such as terraces and drip irrigation.
With microbiological and quality laboratories and a unique processing facility, the farm uses revolutionary processes: rigorous cherry selection, controlled anaerobic fermentation, and soaking the beans in hot and cold water. The result is coffees that have received international awards for their unparalleled flavor profile.

In collaboration with the KWC team, we have compiled an exclusive selection of GP92 coffees that perfectly represent the work of Wilton and his team:
• Typica Advance (Thermalshock Washed) – A very complex and fruity coffee with a variety of fruity and sweet flavors. Recommended for filter coffee or specialty espresso.
• Castillo Advance (Thermalshock Washed) – A classic Colombian coffee whose characteristics have been pushed to the limit. Fruity and sweet with vanilla aromas. For filter coffee or espresso.
• Decaf Advance – A coffee that combines the characteristics of the two previous batches, but undergoes a caffeine-removal process. An excellent, fruity coffee without any bitterness. For filter coffee or espresso.

In 2021, Dani gave up his motorcycle to purchase a 1 kg coffee roaster. What began as a hobby soon became a passion he couldn't resist. That same year, he competed in the Catalan Coffee Roasters Championship organized by Aeropress and emerged victorious. This success was repeated when he won the Spanish Championship in 2021 and the Catalan Championship the following year.

Riding on the momentum of these successes, Dani and Agata began shaping what is now Harmony, delving into marketing, design, social media, and photography. The team is small but dedicated: Dani is the founder and head roaster, responsible for bean selection, roasting, quality control, and maintaining close customer relationships. Agata, meanwhile, handles back office operations, orders, social media, web design, customer service, customer support, and accounting.
