The farm has been in the family for about 60 years, passed down from grandparents to parents and now to Lino and his siblings. The farm is 14 hectares in size and is located 1,710 meters above sea level. They cultivate varieties such as Caturra, Tabi, Pink Bourbon, Geisha, and SL 28. The family business consists of seven siblings, each of whom owns their own coffee plot. The farm also has a communal wet mill and drying facility, where they carry out processes such as washed, honey, and natural with extended fermentation.

Dak Coffee Roasters is based in charming Amsterdam and was founded by Louis-Philippe & Veronique. They are from Montreal, Canada. They select beautiful and unique coffees and roast them carefully to bring out the best flavors they have to offer. They always have a selection that includes some unusual and experimental coffees in addition to the classic varieties. There is always something there that is interesting to us.
