Particularly noteworthy is the deep sweetness of this coffee, a quality we have rarely found so pronounced in washed Ethiopian coffees.

The high altitudes of 2000 to 2300 meters above sea level play a crucial role in the flavor profile of this coffee. Due to this altitude, the harvest typically takes place later in the season compared to other regions. This extended ripening time of the cherries contributes significantly to the exceptional quality and higher sweetness of the final product.
