When Juan was younger, he had worked on the farm as a farmhand, and in 1988 he was able to buy the farm from its previous owner. Since then, he has managed the 17-hectare property, meticulously focusing on coffee production.

Juan only picks his coffee when it is fully ripe, then it is pressed and
Wet fermented for 36 hours, this is a classic washed coffee that truly represents the excellent work that went into it.

Swerl is a micro-roastery inspired by the art of high-quality coffee and a deep connection with people. The focus is on carefully roasting selected beans to create unique flavors that not only promote enjoyment, but also a sense of community.
