BeBerry Coffee is a very young roasting company from the Czech Republic. The young Thomas Laca founded this after he had already made a name for himself as a Q-grader. While he was still studying, Thomas became interested in specialty coffee. He gained most of his experience in a Polish roastery, where he worked under the supervision of international judges and Q-graders, and upon his return to Prague as QC manager for green and roasted coffee. Now he has decided to use all his experience and knowledge and start his own roasting company. Thomas and his team only select the best coffee beans and the goal is to process the coffee as it really is - pleasantly fruity.
