Pepe Jijon is arguably one of the coolest coffee producers in the world and he is an adventurer. He was the first Latin American to climb the 7 summits alone. Today, together with his family, he grows Gesha, Sidra and Typica Mejorado on Finca Soledad, a 120-hectare cloud forest, of which only 4 hectares are used for growing coffee. Pepe is totally committed, he has a great passion for coffee and a strong desire to give back to nature through his way of farming.
The coffees are rare and exclusive, and the price reflects the quality and effort that went into their production.

Coffee is beautiful. Whether as a meeting point with friends in a cafe, a caffeine boost for a long day at the office, or a barista's creative hobby at home, it plays an important role in our everyday lives. My goal is to help you understand it better, give you access to quality coffee that is usually only sold abroad, and connect you with the people who grow and produce it.

I believe that every day in our lives and careers we make decisions that either harm or help. In every step I take in developing our company, I try to make the often difficult (expensive) but right decisions that are better for people, the environment, quality and ultimately profit. That's why we source the coffees we buy the way we do. Generously, with direct contact with the farms and producers and with the intention of building long-term, meaningful relationships.
