The Cyesha Coffee Washing Station of the Muraho Trading Company is located at an altitude of up to 1800 meters in Nyamasheke, Rwanda. Volcanic soil, a cool microclimate and the proximity to Lake Kivu create perfect conditions for coffees with intense sweetness and complex acidity. Cyesha relies on the highest processing standards: only fully ripe cherries are selected and subjected to a careful process of fermentation, washing and slow drying.
